Be real
- Use your own name and photos. No fake profiles, impersonation or stolen portfolios.
- Describe your experience, skills and availability honestly.
- Agents: post real gigs with honest pay, dates, location and conditions.
Be respectful
- No harassment, threats, bullying or unwanted sexual comments.
- No hate speech or discrimination based on nationality, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or age.
- Disagree professionally. If a conversation isn’t going anywhere, end it.
Keep it safe
- Never ask for money to apply, to be hired, or for “training”, uniforms or deposits.
- Never ask for passports, bank cards, verification codes or passwords.
- Don’t push people to leave the platform before a connection is accepted.
- No escort or sexual services, and nothing illegal.
Respect the marketplace
- Don’t spam applications or invitations, create duplicate accounts or game Connects, referrals or ratings.
- Rate based on the actual work, not on whether you were hired.
- Don’t scrape or copy other people’s profiles or content.
What happens if someone breaks the rules
Depending on severity we may remove content, close a gig, issue a warning, limit features, or suspend or permanently close the account. Serious safety issues may be reported to the authorities.
Report it
Use “Report” on any profile, gig or conversation, or contact the safety team. A person reviews every report. Read more in our safety guide.
